| Description | | This training will cover verbal and nonverbal de-escalation techniques, physical intervention training. Upon completion of this training, participants will be certified in CPI Prevention and Physical Interventions. This training is only open to schools within ESU 16. We highly recommend to come in school or district teams of at least 3, including an administrator. This training is for individuals who have not had CPI training before. If your administrator(s) has already been trained in CPI, then they do not have to attend the initial training. |
